Jim Newlin   President/CEO

I have been in the precision metalworking business for 20+ years. During that time I have experienced all aspects of the business. From my beginnings as a machine operator in the early 70’s, to department supervisor in the late 90’s, I’ve done it all. I have extensive tool and die experience, designing, building and running all types of tooling from simple blanking and forming tools, to very complex progressive dies. I excelled in this line of work due to a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Jeff Olson   Plant Manager

Jeff has also been in the precision metalworking business for 20+ years. His experience began at a die-cast company where he acquired his welding skills repairing die-cast molds. He also has extensive machine shop experience which is a must when fixturing some of the complex jobs out there today. He is also an EDM guru. He knows how to make an EDM machine do what others can’t. His creativity and ingenuity are what allows him to be able to make what others say is impossible, possible.

Linda Newlin   Office Manager

Linda retired after 27 years at a major corporation and decided to come to work at
the family business. She has an extensive background in payroll, commissions and customer service. She is friendly, professional and knows that “customer service” isn’t just
a phrase, it’s a commitment. She treats all of our customers with respect and makes sure that whatever they need, it’s taken care of.
